HARPS Standard 2 Implementation & HACCP Refresher (Add-on) – 1 Day Course
The course has been designed to reflect the immediate needs of producers to meet updated HARPS requirements.
In this course you will learn what best practice looks like for the new elements and what the auditors will be focusing on.
We will be bringing the course to life with case studies and practical examples.
